Jakarta - Badan Rekonstruksi dan Rehabilitasi (BRR) Aceh dan Nias pasrah dibilang belum 'menghasilkan' apa-apa di dua wilayah yang tergerus tsunami, Aceh dan Nias. BRR mengakui kerjanya memang belum maksimal.
