Jakarta - Rancangan Undang-undang (RUU) tentang penyelenggaraan pemerintahan Aceh yang diusulkan DPRD Aceh tidak boleh keluar dari Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI). RUU ini harus memperhatikan betul kedaulatan NKRI meskipun kewenangan yang dimiliki pemerintahan Aceh cukup besar.
