Senin, 21 Juli 2008 | 19:18 WIB TEMPO Interaktif, BANDUNG:Pengadilan Negeri Bandung menjatuhkan vonis 12 tahun penjara dan denda Rp 5 miliar bagi Direktur Utama Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Citraloka Dana Mandiri Istiarsih. “Terdakwa secara sah dan meyakinkan terbukti bersalah melanggar Pasal 49 Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 tentang Perbankan,” kata Ketua Majelis Hakim Zaharuddin saat memimpin sidang, Senin (21/7).
